1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MODELTRADES, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
MODELTRADES is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of diecast scale model cars. We provide a platform for listing, discovering, and communicating about scale models. We do not facilitate payments, handle shipping, or act as an intermediary in transactions.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account and verify your email address to create listings or send messages. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person.
4. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including descriptions, photos, condition, and pricing. Listings must be for diecast scale model cars only. Prohibited content includes counterfeit items, stolen goods, and items that violate any applicable laws.
5. Transactions
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. MODELTRADES is not a party to any transaction and bears no responsibility for the quality of items, payment disputes, or delivery issues. Users transact at their own risk.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for fraudulent purposes, harass other users, post misleading information, create multiple accounts, scrape or crawl the platform, or interfere with the platform's operation.
7. Content
By posting content on MODELTRADES, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
MODELTRADES is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from transactions between users.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
